2024-3-31: Back at it!

It's been a long time since any new posts, and I'll be pretty open about the reason.  I've been waiting for more pictures from my life coach Dave so that I can keep my readers attuned to pictures of greatness.  I get a lot of fan mail asking for these so that others can model their lives after him and achieve success as well.     Sadly, I haven't received any further pictures so I'll need to focus on rocks, and just being the best I can be.

I've been cutting up some slabs over the past few weeks and starting to make some cabochons in preparation for a show I'll be attending in April.  Here's a variety of the final products - enjoy!!  Send me a note if you see something you love!

The bigger slab of this crazy lace was pretty nice.  Unfortunately it broke apart but I was able to get several decent pieces out of it.

This is mushroom jasper.  Held together nicely and took a great polish!

A little sunset perhaps?

This is off of the same piece as the previous crazy lace.  Wild how much variation there is.  Totally wild.

Can't get enough of this crazy lace.

This Larvikite took a nice shine.

I tried my hand at some wrapping.  Still learning but let's see how this looks tarnished.

Finally, a piece of brecciated jasper.  yum

Thanks for taking a look and don't forget to follow me on Facebook and Instagram for videos of these being made!

As always, send me a note if you see something you like!
